FAQ

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

In order to see change in your body and lifestyle habits it will take at least 90 days but you will feel better almost immediately. Feel confident that you are optimising your time.


HOW MANY STEPS DO I NEED TO GET?

Ideally we want to hit a good target of 10k steps per day. Now that doesn’t mean we want you to go out for a massive long walk every single day, that’s just impossible! Just walk instead of use the car, take the stairs instead of the lift at work. Simple, effective in achieving that daily step count.


WHAT SORTS OF FOOD WILL I NEED TO EAT?

We will be using a balanced dieting approach. You will be tracking your calories (at points in your journey) There will be no restriction on any food. We have templates available and they can consist of your favourite nutritious foods, as well as allowing you to still enjoy the foods you do.


DO I NEED TO TRAIN DAILY?

You will be provided with a personalised training program that should be performed ideally at least 2-3 times a week depending on your workload for the week, your circumstances and other commitments. We look to work we can make exercising a priority but that doesn’t get in the way of other aspects of life.


WHAT IF I'M GOING OUT FOR A MEAL AND I CAN'T TRACK MY FOOD?

This is a simple one, DON’T WORRY ABOUT IT! That’s called balance and as we work together we will develop how we can strategise on how you can go out and enjoy a meal without any GUILT! We are not here to stop you from going out to eat in your favourite restaurant.


DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT MACRONUTRIENTS?

The only main two areas we will be focussing on is calories & protein to start with. You can integrate your food tracking app with mine so I can see what you are eating. As we progress we will look to monitor aspects like micro & macro nutrients but you’ll not have to make any big adjustments.


WHAT IF I CAN'T REACH THE REQUIRED STEP COUNT?

Maybe you could catch them up on the weekend or we can set a goal that is sustainable. We can make it a weekly target, not a daily one. Cardio can be used if you are particularly sedentary one day, a walk with the dog and family, friends or you can just not feel guilty about it and we treat tomorrow as a new day!


WHAT DO I NEED WHEN I GET STARTED?
